TECHNICAL AND ECONOMICAL PARAMETERS
Total area - 3.7 hectares
Total area of constructions-66600 sq.m. including:
1 Terminal building- 10000 sq.m.
2. A trading - recreational complex (4 levels, with a parking) - 43600 m²
3. Bridges - apartments - 13000 m² including:
Public zone - 3800 m²,
Residental zone - 8 200 m²,
Technical level - 1000 m²

The project is aimed at the creation of the comfortable territory - the recreational center of the future district for 50000 working and living people. The project makes the city life turn to the river, expanding a public zone on the planted trees and shrubs quay,as well as the creation of a spacious walking promenade.
The quay is «a green carpet» with flower beds, walking paths and a set of open terraces. Under the comfortable quay the multipurpose construction including shops, restaurants, the recreational areas and underground parkings settles down.. Green plantings existing on a site are as much as possible kept and resoiled
The walking street from the underground through Mirax-Plaza complex and the new transport terminal leads to the river. The terminal unites automobile, water and air transport. The mooring along quay does not narrow water area of the river, but separates it from marine for a public and individual sailing charter.
The walking bridge on the top floors connects quay and the planted trees and shrubs walking zone to the hotel along a pharmaceutical garden up to City. Above walking levels of the bridge there are several levels of apartments.
Each element of the project is all-sufficient and can exist independently from each other.
