Khanty-Mansiysk city is the international acknowledged center of winter kinds of sport. The lines of two springboards are lifted above the mountain slope on 15-25 meters that allows to avoid the large wood losses on a slope of mountain. The top start platform are connected by bridges with the basic vertical tower, which except of functions (two lifts, evacuation stairs, technological lines) creates the basic vertical dominant which is finishes on the 160 meters mark with a horizontal observing platform-restaurant of 24 meters in length designed on 40-50 seating places. The combination of transparent glass cover with openwork metal constructions, of vertical tower with horizontally located observing platform creates unique architectural-plastic effect, emphasizing uniqueness of the given construction.
