Total area - 3.6 hectares 		  Preliminary design of reconstruction of pedestrian Karl Marx street in Khanty-Mansiysk, developed in accordance with the Technical specifications agreed in the prescribed manner, within the boundaries set by the customer, the Purpose of the project is to develop on the basis of the analysis of the current state of the territory of functional planning and architectural spatial concept of public urban space street connecting the Central square and the projected neighborhood "Zapadnyy"
