Baltym lake, rich landscape, affinity to Ekaterinburg determined the functional concept of the settlement. It is a settlement for people cheerfully related to the reality, loving sports, contemplative and emotional way of life. It is settlement for people who caught «a wind of well-being and hope - MISTRAL». Indispensable quality of the project is stipulated by the task respectability, traditional character, solidity and functionality of residential houses. The constructive decision of houses allows to freely vary an internal lay-out in accordance with the owner taste. Complex and partial glass cover of loggias is provided. Houses are projected with a variable number of floors from 1 to 4 with a 3,0 m floor height. Beside it, there is an opportunity to use the attic in each house.
